Everything you need to plan the battle.
Space, players, ages, weather and paperwork, all in one place. We arrive with the arena, the phasers and our own referees, and we run every game.
You host. We run the whole thing.
Every arena is fully staffed: our crew runs the game, keeps score and handles the equipment. You just show up.
We build the arena
Our crew arrives 1 to 2 hours before your start time and sets up the inflatable bunkers in your yard, gym, park or venue. Setup takes about 30 to 35 minutes.
Quick training
Once everything is set up, our staff give a tutorial on exactly how the phasers work and answer any questions before the first round.
Games, round after round
5–7 minute games in teams or free-for-all, with custom game modes we set on the spot to match the crowd. A trained referee runs the games, calls the scores and resets the taggers.
Scores, then pack-out
After each round we announce the winning team and the stats of the top four players. When it’s over, we pack it all out.
If you can stand on it, we can play on it
Anywhere with an open space. We’ve played on the beach, on rooftops in downtown Miami, in hotel ballrooms, parks, batting cages, gyms, wooded areas and many, many backyards, and we’ve worked around countless pools.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Indoor or outdoor? | Both. Grass, turf, concrete, gym floor or ballroom carpet, day or night. |
| How much space? | Recommended, not required. These are the sizes where games play best:
|
| Bunkers | 8 to 16 inflatable bunkers. |
| Arrival & setup | Our crew arrives 1 to 2 hours before your start time. Setup takes about 30 to 35 minutes. |
| Power | Nice to have, but not required. The taggers are battery-powered. |
| Pool on site? | Please place caution tape or another visible barrier between the pool area and the play area. |
| Dogs | Please put them away. It’s the rules! |

How many can play?
Sixteen players are on the field at a time. Everyone else rotates in, so bigger groups still get plenty of turns.
16 players at a time
8 on the red team vs 8 on the blue team, or a free-for-all. Our 16 phasers comfortably handle up to about 40 guests taking turns in a typical 2-hour party.
5–7 minute games
Short rounds keep the line moving. Training, turnover between games and the game report after each round are all built in, and all of it is customizable.
First grade and up
Generally, players in first grade and up enjoy the games the most. We vary the game types on the fly to suit young kids, college students and adults.

No vests. No headbands. No projectiles.
Our system is made by iCombat, the preferred platform for police and military simulation and training. Every player gets a numbered, battery-powered, computerized tagger with instant scoring. The hit sensor sits on the phaser itself, so no one wears a vest in the South Florida heat.
- Invisible infrared beam, like a TV remote. Nothing is fired and nothing stains.
- A screen on every phaser shows how you’re doing, and when and who tagged you.
- Colored slings show which team you’re on.
- Works in full sun and at night. Water-resistant for light rain (never submerged).
Rain, lightning and Miami heat
Light rain or drizzle
It won’t affect the event. Our equipment is water-resistant.
Torrential rain or lightning
Our field coordinators may pause or end the event for everyone’s safety.
Can’t set up at all?
We don’t issue refunds, but we’re happy to offer a full credit toward a future booking.
Heat
Wear cool clothing. No vests means no one else’s sweat in your face.
