Events are all over South Florida, so you will see a lot of interesting places. Please be sure you live within a reasonable travel distance from this area before applying.

Scheduling is flexible and variable- schedules are communicated via text message well in advance of events.

Details
You are paid from the moment you arrive- the minimum possible payable amount of hours if 5.25 hours and we do pay a bonus for early arrival (up to half an hour before the official scheduled time)- so it's very easy to bump up your minimum to 5.75 hours per event. If your team packs up and arrives early, you will still make the minimum paid time. Tips are frequent and generous. We provide drinks and snacks during the course of the work day, and most training is on the job. There will be formal training periods with the owner of the business- this training will be paid time as well.
Responsibilities
- Help load a company vehicle
- Travel to the event
- Set up laser tag equipment
- Host the event
- Take down laser tag equipment
- Travel back
- Most events will be outdoors, and everything that entails
Pay Scale
- $14/hr - Trainee
- $15/hr- Upon completion of field set up and electronics training
- $16/hr- Upon completion of lighting training
- $17/hr (with $17 per event bonus)- Upon becoming a crew leader
- $19/hr (with $19 per event bonus)- Crew leader with 9 months experience
