BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

All booking requests are reviewed against our master calendar. Due to the nature of our business, the review has to be done manually. You will receive a response promptly- please do not make any official plans until you have received our response (usually within a few hours of your request).

    Please put the BEST phone number to reach you on the day of your event
    Please put the actual physical address where laser tag will be happening
    It's suggested to book laser tag's start time 30 minutes to an hour after your events RSVP time. Popular time slots are 11 AM to 1 PM, 6 PM to 9 PM, etc. You can pick whatever time slot you'd like, and if we're available, it's yours! You'll either receive an invoice confirming all the submitted details, or we'll reach out to you to see if you have any flexibility on play times for your desired date.

If you don't play you don't pay! It says it right on our agreement. The deposit covers half of the playtime, if weather prevents your event from happening at all, even if we have already set up, you are entitled to a refund of your deposit, no questions asked.
